If you or someone you know shoots their age, there is now a place to have this amazing golf accomplishment certified and kept in a national database. Additionally, certified shoot your age registered golfers can gain entry into the qualifying tournament for the annual Shoot Your Age Championship.

It costs $25 annually to participate in the Shoot Your Age certification program. The program allows you to post the scores you shoot below your age, plus receive quarterly reports that list all U.S. certified scores within this club of elite golfers.

Download the certification form, have it completed and attested by a club official and return it to the Shoot Your Age office with your $25 payment.

Once your request is received and verified, we will add your name and score to the national Shoot Your Age data base. As a member, every time you Shoot Your Age, simply repeat the process to post your score.

Members also have the option to purchase an Official Shoot Your Age Certificate and Pin when posting a score. There is an additional charge of $25, if you wish to receive the official certifcate and pin for any posting.
